What do I need to bring to Pearl Harbor? A government-issued photo ID is required for every adult. No bags of any kind — including purses, backpacks, and camera bags — are allowed inside the memorial area.
Can I bring a camera? Yes — cameras are welcome, but camera bags and cases are not. Paid bag storage is available near the entrance for $8 per bag.
Is Pearl Harbor wheelchair accessible? Most of the memorial and Visitor Center are wheelchair accessible. Submarine interiors are the one exception, as their layout doesn't accommodate wheelchairs.
What should I wear? Comfortable, closed-toe shoes are recommended, along with sun protection and water, since most of the tour takes place outdoors.
Is Pearl Harbor an active memorial? Yes. Pearl Harbor remains an active memorial site, and we ask all guests to be respectful throughout the visit.
What's your cancellation policy? Cancel more than 24 hours before your tour for a full refund. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the tour start time are not eligible for a refund. Do infants need their own seat? Infants ages 0–2 ride free as a lap child. If you'd prefer your infant have their own seat, please book them as a child instead so we can reserve the space and proper restraint.
